New Security Enhancements Coming to CU@Home

Keesler Federal takes the security and privacy of your finances and personal information seriously. To help us and you protect this information, look for changes to CU@ Home ® Online Account Access in the coming weeks and months. These changes will enhance your security online.

KFCU will require an 8 character complex password for CU@Home. A complex password means using alpha and numeric characters. We will also prompt you to change your password every 90 days.

The Multifactor Authentication (MFA) security system introduced to CU@Home last year will also change. Stronger controls to prevent fraud on your account may cause you to be prompted more often with challenge questions at logon or when performing certain transactions.

Later this year, we will introduce eAlerts, automated messages to notify you of changes on your account in real-time. You can choose to have these messages sent to your email or cell phone.

These changes will further enhance our online security to safeguard and protect your information. We know that our members depend on the security and convenience of our online services. We will strive to ensure that these changes cause as little inconvenience as possible to you, our members.
