Online Policy



In order to help you identify potential online scams such as Phishing, Keesler Federal outlines our online policies in terms of practices we engage in and activities we absolutely will not participate in. If a message purporting to be from Keesler Federal violates these terms, it should be considered to be fraudulent and should be reported to our Electronic Services department (esd@kfcu.org).

What We Do…

  • Ask you to sign-in to CU @ Home Online Account Access using only your Username and Password.

  • Send members e-mails with links to information or promotions about Keesler Federal products and services. These links are for your convenience and you can always type in our URL directly.

  • Send members who have signed up for eStatements e-mail notifications that their statement is available.

What We Don't Do…

  • Send urgent or time sensitive e-mails or ones that ask you to provide, update or confirm sensitive data like your Account Number, Username, Password, PIN, SSN, ATM/Debit Card Number, Credit Card Number or Expiration Date.

  • Require you to enter anything other than your Username and Password to sign-in to CU @ Home Online Account Access.

  • Send you an e-mail that asks you to provide personal information using a link or input fields in the email except in response to an inquiry you initiated .
