Metairie, La. (June 22, 2026) — Keesler Federal Credit Union is hosting a family-friendly celebration with music, food, special guests and community giving on Saturday, June 27, to mark the grand opening of its newest Metairie branch. The new location brings Keesler Federal's total number of branches in the greater New Orleans area to 16. The free community event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Keesler Federal's new branch located at 615 Veterans Boulevard.
Enjoy dance performances by the Mande Milkshakers, complimentary barbecue with all the fixin's, snowballs, appearances by members of the New Orleans Saints Cheer Team, and the chance to win signed jerseys from Saints defensive end Cam Jordan and former Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado.
As part of the celebration, Keesler Federal will present $10,000 donations to both the Mande Milkshakers and TEP Center in recognition of their contributions to the community.
