The back of each check must include:
1. My signature
2. “For Mobile Deposit Only”
The following items cannot be submitted for deposit using DepositNow: 1) Any item drawn on my KFCU account. 2) Any item that is stamped with a “non-negotiable” watermark. 3) Any item that contains evidence of alteration to the information on the check. 4) Any item not issued in U.S. dollars or drawn on a U.S. financial institution. 5) Any item that is incomplete. 6) Any item that is stale dated or postdated. 7) Any third-party check made payable to another party and then endorsed to me by that party. 8) Savings bonds. Deposit Now also excludes the deposit of: Starter Checks, Com Checks, Loan Checks that require 2 forms of ID to be presented, 2-Party Checks and Money Orders that state Mobile Deposit Prohibited.
Depending on the type of check you deposit, funds may not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit. In most cases, the first $1,000 of your deposit will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit.
However, if an extended hold is placed on your deposit, the $1,000 early availability will not apply, and the full amount of your deposit may be delayed for a longer period.
Funds you deposit via DepositNow may be delayed under the following circumstances:
• We believe a check you deposited will not be paid.
• You deposit checks totaling more than $10,000 on any one day.
• You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid.
• You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six months.
• There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment.
We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons and will inform you when the funds will be available. If an extended hold applies, funds will generally be available no later than the tenth business day after the day of your deposit.
You can deposit checks into your Primary Savings or Checking account.
DepositNOW allows you to conveniently deposit checks from wherever you are by taking a photo or scanning the check.

The Internal transfer and ACH External Transfer limits are $5,000 daily, $10,000 weekly and $35,000 monthly. Business Transfer Account Limits Internal are $10,000 daily, $20,000 weekly and $50,000 monthly. Business Account ACH External Transfer Limits are $7,500 daily, $15,000 weekly and $50,000 monthly.
