How do I access the meeting using Microsoft Teams?

You may need to download the Microsoft Teams app in order to view the live-stream.

After clicking the meeting link provided:

1. You will see a screen that says “Continue on this browser”
2. Select “Block” to prevent Teams from accessing your camera and microphone. These features are disabled for the Hybrid Annual Meeting.
3. If you have a Microsoft account that you’ve accessed on the device you’re using, you may be prompted to provide that Microsoft username and password. If this happens, enter that here.
4. If this does not happen, the next screen will say, “Join now”
