Here's Your Chance to Win $1000 Towards Your Education!
Once again, we will award three undergraduate dependent students and two undergraduate adult students a $1,000 scholarship for winning entries in our annual essay contest. The 2017 essay topic is:
How has your education contributed to who you are today and how will it influence your future?

ALL APPLICANTS

  • The contest is open to Keesler Federal members in good standing who will be full-time college students in the upcoming school year. Employees and officials of Keesler Federal and their dependents are not eligible.
  • Applicants must submit an entry of 500 words or less that is type written and double spaced.
  • The entry should not be stapled or submitted in a binder or folder of any kind.
  • Name and any other personal information may only be printed on the cover sheet and cannot appear anywhere on the essay pages.
  • School classification will be freshman, sophomore, junior or senior. This information must only appear on the cover page.

ADULT APPLICANTS

  • Adult students must not be a dependent of their parents and must be at least 21 years old.
  • Your entry must be accompanied by a cover sheet that states you are applying as an adult and should include your name, address, phone number, account number, major, school name and school classification for the upcoming year.

DEPENDENT APPLICANTS

  • Dependent applicants and at least one parent must be members in good standing of Keesler Federal.
  • Your entry must be accompanied by a cover sheet that states you are applying as a dependent and should include your name, address, phone number, major, school name and school classification for the upcoming year, Keesler Federal account number and your parents’ account number.

All entries must be postmarked no later than June 16, 2017. Mail entries to Keesler Federal Scholarship Contest, ATTN: Marketing Department, Keesler Federal Credit Union, 13083A Seaway Road, Gulfport, MS 39503.
Emailed entries will not be accepted.
