Please recall that as part of your loan obligation you are required to maintain physical damage/Comp & Collision insurance for the full term of your loan.

If you have insurance, you will need your insurance declarations page and the notice from Keesler. Then, please fill out this Vehicle Insurance Verification Form. We will contact your insurance agent to verify that the data on the form is correct.

If you do not have insurance, please contact an insurance agency or company of your choice and purchase full coverage, including comprehensive and collision, and list Keesler Federal Credit Union as the lien holder.

Loan Payments

No. Loans may be paid off by calling Keesler Federal Member Contact Center at 1-888-KEESLER (533-7537) or in person at a branch. No fee will be charged for final loan payments handled by phone or in person.

Payments made by 6 PM CT will be posted to your account the day of the transaction, with the exception of credit cards, business loans and mortgages, which may take 24-48 hours to post.

Once you are on the online payment portal login page, you will either:

  • Create a new account by clicking the Register button
  • Log in with your email and the password you created previously.
    NOTE: If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link and follow the prompts to reset.

Once logged in, you will either:

  • Enter your name and Keesler Federal Credit Union account number so the system can search and display your existing loans (if it is your first visit)
  • See your existing loans displayed (if you have already completed this step on a prior visit)

Select the loan account you wish to pay and click either the Setup AutoPay button or the Pay Now button.
NOTE: If you have previously set up AutoPay on the online payment portal the button will state Edit Auto Pay.

Once you are on the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your debit card information for a one-time payment or enter your bank account information to set up AutoPay.

You will need either your debit card information (for one-time payments) or your bank account number and routing number (for recurring payments) from the other institution.

You may make payments on your Keesler Federal personal loans, auto loans, HELOC, 1st mortgages, credit cards and business loans.

No – all payments made through the online payment portal are free. This includes one-time or recurring monthly payments. Payments made over the phone with a Keesler Federal Member Contact Center Representative, or in person at a Keesler Federal branch, will incur a $5 per transaction fee.
