Transfer funds between accounts

The easiest way to transfer funds between Keesler Federal accounts is via the Transfer Funds option within Keesler online and mobile banking. All you need is the account holder’s last name, account number and share ID. Login here.

This is money wired from your Keesler Federal Credit Union account to another U.S. financial institution account. Funds are transferred between the credit union and other financial institutions in the Federal Reserve System.

Outgoing wire requests received by 1:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday (except Federal holidays) will be processed the same day. Funds may take up to 24 hours to be received.

A Wire/Funds Transfer Agreement form must be completed before a domestic wire can be processed. Scan the completed form and email to [email protected] or fax to 228-385-5535.

A Business Services Wire Transfer must be completed before a business transfer can be processed. Scan the completed form and email to [email protected] or fax to 228-385-5535.

This is money wired from your Keesler Federal Credit Union account to another financial institution account outside the United States.

Enrollment in online and mobile banking is required to use the international wire service. Please make sure your email address and phone number listed in online and mobile banking is up-to-date. This is so we can contact you to verify any instructions and provide the required disclosures. Processing may be delayed if we are unable to contact you.

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the foreign wire to be posted to the receiving account.

An International International Wire Transfer Information Form must be completed and signed. You may send the information one of the following ways:

The funds cannot be held for pick up. This is for deposit only. If you are receiving a wire, you will need to provide to the remitter the following information:

  • Keesler Federal routing number: 265577585
  • Keesler Federal address: 2602 Pass Rd., Biloxi, MS 39531
  • Your Keesler Federal account number and your name (how it is titled on your account). If this information is not correct, it may cause a delay in receiving your funds.
  • Indication of whether this will be deposited into the share account (S0001) or checking account (S0090)

Incoming wires are posted up until 3:45 Central Standard Time Monday – Friday (except Federal holidays).

Keesler Federal Credit Union does not charge a fee to receive an incoming wire.

Set up scheduled payments

Set up scheduled payments from your Keesler Federal share accounts or from other financial institutions to your Keesler Federal account.

You can set up pre-authorized payments at no charge using the ACH Transfers feature inside online and mobile banking. Click on the Transfers widget, select Classic View and add an External Account to enter the other financial institution information.

You may also set up a scheduled payment by filling out our Pre-authorized Payment form. Please note there is a $10 processing fee if using the paper form to initiate a new pre-authorized payment or to revise an existing one. There is no charge to use the form to cancel an existing pre-authorized payment.
