Outgoing Wires
Domestic
This is money wired from your Keesler Federal Credit Union account to another U.S. financial institution account. Funds are transferred between the credit union and other financial institutions in the Federal Reserve System.
  • Outgoing wire requests received by 1:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday (except Federal holidays) will be processed the same day.
  • Funds may take up to 24 hours to be received.
  • Wire Agreement Form must be completed before an international wire can be processed. Scan the completed form and email to mbrservices@kfcu.org or, fax to 228-385-5535.
  • Cost: Please refer to the fee schedule (Free for Elite Prime Members).

International
This is money wired from your Keesler Federal Credit Union account to another financial institution account outside the United States.
  • Enrollment in Keesler Online and eStatements (within Keesler Online) is required to use the international wire service. Please make sure your email address and phone number listed in Keesler Online is up-to-date. This is so we can contact you to verify any instructions and provide the required disclosures. Processing may be delayed if we are unable to contact you.
  • Outgoing wire transfer requests received by 1:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday (except Federal holidays) will be processed the same day.
  • Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the foreign wire to be posted to the receiving account.
  • Wire Agreement Form must be completed before an international wire can be processed. Scan the completed form and email to mbrservices@kfcu.org or, fax to 228-385-5535.
  • Cost: Please refer to the fee schedule (Free for Elite Prime Members).

An International Wire Transfer Information Form must be completed and signed. You may send the information one of the following ways:

  • Email a signed, scanned copy of this to accounting@kfcu.org.
  • Fax the signed form to 228-385-4442.
  • Or, send an email through the eMail Box (or message board) through your Keesler Online account. Please be sure to include all necessary instructions for the wire. These can be found on the International Wire Transfer Information Form.

Incoming Wires

The funds cannot be held for pick up. This is for deposit only. If you are receiving a wire, you will need to provide to the remitter the following information:
  • The routing number for Keesler Federal Credit Union: 265577585.
  • Our address: 2602 Pass Rd., Biloxi, MS 39531.
  • Your Keesler Federal account number and your name (how it is titled on your account). If this information is not correct, it may cause a delay in receiving your funds.
  • Indication of whether this will be deposited into the share account (S0001) or checking account (S0090)
  • Incoming wires are posted up until 3:45 Central Standard Time Monday - Friday (except Federal holidays).
  • Keesler Federal Credit Union does not charge a fee to receive an Incoming Wire.


Western Union (also called Commercial Money Order)

Funds can be sent from your Keesler Federal account to someone who will pick up the money at a Western Union office within the U.S. or at some overseas military bases. Proper identification is required at pickup.

  • Wires are posted during normal credit union business hours. Funds may take up to 24 hours to be received.
  • A Wire Agreement Form must be completed before a Western Union can be processed. Scan and email to mbrservices@kfcu.org or fax to 228-385-5535.
  • Limit of $10,000 per request.
